
Here's the Full List of Gun Control Bills Coming to New York
Tomorrow (today, actually), on Tuesday, January 29th, the state legislature in New York is expected to vote on (and almost certainly pass) eight major gun control bills in the Empire State, despite some very vocal opposition. Apparently, the January 2013 passage of the SAFE Act after the Newtown, CT school shooting didn't go far enough for them.

On Tuesday, the 5-member Town Board in Grand Island, New York voted unanimously to approve a pro-Second Amendment resolution, opposing the registration of rifles and shotguns, intrusive social media investigations, unconstitutional search engine history checks and the mandatory purchase of liability insurance for prospective gun buyers and gun owners.

Following the example and recent successes of counties in Illinois and Oregon, Wyoming County in western New York passed their own resolution on gun rights, professing their resolve to stand up to the ever-encroaching totalitarianism coming from Albany. As a push back against New York's infamous SAFE Act, it also mentions several bills now in the NY legislature that would infringe severely on New Yorkers' Second Amendment rights.
